The Dart Impact Tester by Effective Lab India is a state-of-the-art instrument designed to assess the impact resistance of plastic films and sheets. This tester complies with both method A and method B's test standards. The test plastic film is quickly and pneumatically clamped onto a circular clamp with a diameter of 127 mm. The impact head diameters for methods A and B are 38.1 mm and 50.8 mm, respectively. The impact head is attached to the machine's upper portion. To test the film's resistance to impact, the user should set the appropriate hammer height and weight and use the electronic magnet to drop the hammer. Typically, 20 pieces of sample will be examined at a time, and data on rupture or no rupture, weight, and height will be recorded. The impact resistance ability of plastic film samples may be examined by the user in this manner.
