Effective Lab India UV Weathering Test Chamber creates artificial weathering condition with combination of Ultraviolet radiation, moisture and heat in order to test damaging results of material by long term outdoor exposure. This chamber is widely used by quality control and research and development for most plastics, textiles and pigments etc. A UV Weather Test chamber is suited for standards including ASTM D4329, ASTM G151, ISO 4892-1/3, ISO 11507, ISO 11895, EN 927-6, EN 12224, SAE J2020 and JIS D 0205.

Effective Lab India Bench Ultraviolet light Accelerated Weathering Tester is very affordable and easy to use a machine which can easily meet all testing requirements related to weathering testing. It is a very effective testing instrument that helps to create natural weathering conditions inside the laboratory and fulfill the requirements of various customers. The device is equipped with 3 lamp lights of 20W each as light sources. The user can set the temperature, illumination time, spray time, etc. to create a natural environment inside the temperature which initiates natural damage factors on the test specimen. The instrument offers highly accurate and reliable test results. 
The testing equipment comprises of 18 pieces of a standard panel of size 150 x 70mm. The samples are placed inside the chamber in a column from the rotating specimen rack. During the test procedure, the specimens rack revolves consistently and ensure that every specimen will get the same amount of irradiance energy that will enhance the repeatability and comparability of the test outcomes. The operator can control the machine with the latest touch screen feature. The instrument offers highly convenient and friendly windows where the user can view and measure any parameter between the test procedures.
